Payment -
We accept paypal, personal cheque, or postal order. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to My Beautiful Silk Wedding.
Ordering -
After selecting your required items, you will be forwarded to the check out where you will be prompted to enter all the required details.
Invoice address -
You will be required to give us your paypal address details, this is your name, address including postcode, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address.
Recipient details/delivery address -
All orders must show the recipient's full name. Please ensure the delivery address is spelt correctly and is in its entirety, including full postcode. My Beautiful Silk Wedding do not accept responsibility for incorrect address.
Delivery times -
We aim to deliver all products within 14 days, if you require your order quicker than these, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

UK Mainland: £4.95
Ireland: £9.50
International: £15.00
Cancellations -
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours. If work has started on your cushion, a cancellation charge of £10.00 will be incurred.
Complaints -
If there is for any reason a problem with your order please contact us immediately with the nature of your complaint.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality this must be notified within 24 hours.
We endeavour to respond to you within 5 days although during peak periods this may take longer.
Refunds -
We regret we are unable to offer refunds for personalized ring cushions, as each cushion is bespoke - that is, made specifically to your requirements.
